I am a small UK based business. All my postage prices are for UK mainland only. For all other areas please message me for a quote first.

Delivery & Returns
I aim to post all items out within 3 working days. I use Royal mail but sometimes use Evri. All items will be sent tracked or signed for.
UK delivery only.
Shipping rates from £2.45
- All shipping costs are worked out with packaging and boxes.
- Final cost can be viewed at checkout.
- Orders will be sent large letter – Royal Mail Signed For, all other Royal Mail tracked 48
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you have 28 days from the time of purchase to return the item. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. If you are returning because you have changed yor mind that you no longer want this item or it wasn’t what you were expecting then the return postal costs will be at your expense.
However, if the item is damaged in any way please notify me within 2 working days of receipt of the item and I will send you a return address label and I will refund you promptly upon receipt of return.
I am a small independent business and rely highly on reviews. Please do not leave a negative review without trying to contact me to resolve an issue first. I am here to help in any way. What is Climate Friendly Cart?
Climate Friendly Cart is a Carbon Offsetting App. It gives customers the power to contribute towards offsetting the carbon impact of their purchase. The app appears on the cart page.
What are Carbon offsets?
Carbon offsets are an effective way to address climate change. When a customer buys a carbon offset it goes towards projects that reduce the carbon in the atmosphere such as funding native forest regeneration or renewable energy.
How does Climate Friendly Cart work?
Climate Friendly Cart works by giving your customers the option to reduce the carbon footprint of their purchase by contributing to quality carbon offsetting projects as they shop. Customers can click a button on the cart page to add a small additional amount to their purchase. Your customers get an email receipt from us giving them a “track and trace” number which they can click to see where their funds were allocated.
Where do the contributions go?
100% international: 50% nature based and 50% clean energy.
Will my customers get marketing emails from CarbonClick?
Absolutely not. They will only get a transaction receipt from us and will not ever hear from us again. We are however open to working on a re-engagement campaign to update users on how the carbon offsetting project is going, and get them to return to your store to continue their climate friendly journey.
What do you do with my customers’ emails? Do you store them?
All transactions on CarbonClick are associated to an email. This is so that if a user wants to track their cumulative impact, they can log in to “My CarbonClick” and see their progress. The email is also necessary for sending transaction confirmation emails. All customer data is securely stored in an encrypted database.
“Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every two weeks. Make sure you can make your repayments on time by each due date to avoid late fees. Not paying on time will lead to a late fee of £6, and, if your order is more than £24, a further late fee of £6 if it is still overdue after 7 days. If you fail to pay on time, your Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future.
